The Biggest Fantasy Story You’re Going To Read This Year!
How many stories do you know that begin with battling a 300-foot dragon? Or that have such places as the Sea of a Thousand Islands, the Harbor of the World, and the fearsome Tedelnosho- an oceanic whirlpool 1500 miles across. Maldene is a world of magic and science, mystery and majesty, home to the most evil villain of them all. A world of three moons, an ancient history, multiple cultures, hundreds of characters, and a genre-blending plot that goes to places that most others only hint at. Maldene is a world complete, a world that will draw you in well before you see the full epic range of the story.
In fact, the story is so vast that this first novel alone has to be divided up into Two volumes. Just to give you an idea of how much story you’re getting for your money, most ebooks being put out nowadays are actually short stories or novellas; commonly about a third the legnth of a full novel. That’s why they only cost a buck; they’re short. But Maldene isn’t a dollar-ebook, and that’s because we’re not talking a short story here. The first novel– that is, Volumes 1 and 2 combined– is equal in both length and scope of plot to the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy Combined! And this is just the first novel… there are 13 novels in all, and most of them are even bigger (but that’s getting ahead of myself).
Then there’s the appendices. Like any good epic, the end of each novel (in the case of this first one, that’s at the end of Volume Two) has some extras. An alphabet, dictionary of local words, and some added notes about the world of Maldene that vary for each novel. When buy a copy of Maldene, you’re really getting a lot of story (and that’s not counting the re-readability factor of my stories).
So just scroll a bit further down to learn a bit more about Maldene Volume One and Maldene Volume Two and how to order. But don’t stop there, for at the end of this page I’m hooking you up with a free gift as a token of my enthusiasm for this project.
Maldene Volume One
Maldene is a world of magic and science, wizards and dragons; but home also to an incredible secret. One jealously guarded by History’s most villainous being: Miro. For centuries his presence has been plaguing the nightmares of gods and men; the world is in his thrall, there is no one willing to face him.
Or perhaps there is. The young wizard Sabu, and his elven friend Eldar, lead their companions on a journey to seek a destiny foretold them by a blind gold-skinned gypsy. Fighting a three-hundred foot dragon will be but the beginning of this quest, as they journey the globe in search of answers to the mystery of Miro’s villainy, and uncover the world’s long-buried secrets. For they are destined to lead a new battle against this most ancient of evils, to gather all beneath the banner of a mysterious King and face the unfaceable.
There is just one problem: Miro is counting on their success.

Maldene Volume Two
The first novel concludes in a journey to the lost kingdom of Thïr Tÿorca, last of the Great Human Kingdoms of many thousands of years ago, and a search through its ruins for anything useful against Miro. But once in the valley of Thïr Tÿorca, they discover it a trap laid by Krey, a powerful Necromancer and minion to Miro. They assume at first that Krey is after an old evil buried for millennia beneath the ruins and race to get to and destroy it before Krey can use it for his own ends, but only once there do they discover the trap that was laid for them. A trap that could end them up joining the ranks of Miro’s powerful minions.
The dramatic showdown at the end only marks the conclusion of the first chapter in the vast epic that is Maldene.
